Motivational Quote of the Day from Nightingale.com
"What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals."

to turn on his or her own light."

If all of you, when you went home today, found your homes had blown away, you would be happier in the days and weeks and months to follow than if you went home and everything was normal — because it causes more focus of desire. There is all this fresh stuff pouring through you. It's like opening spaces to new allowance. If every remnant of success was gone from you — still you stand as the culmination of all that you've learned. And we don't mean learned in the sense that now you know how to do it again. We mean you have been the creation that has been in the process of being created, and here you stand as this clearer, more focused wanter and allower than you've ever been before. Which means, you can take your next breath of desire and step into your next place of allowing, and all that you ever had, and ten times more, can be in your experience immediately — when you accept that you are the asker and the receiver, and the letter-in of all of that.

Before you can live anything, in what you are calling physical manifestation—you have to have conjured it in vibrational form. You have to have imagined it before it can become a reality. Everything that you are living here in this physical body, you have imagined the essence of it before you are living it.

Daily Feng Shui Tip from Astrology.com

Forget Christmas and those four calling birds, on the fourth day of the New Year Feng Shui says that a magically delicious meal should be cooked and the kitchen gods acknowledged. This tradition advises that there is a kitchen god in every home that can substantially add to the flavor and happiness of every occupant of every home. One of the kitchen gods that I acknowledge on this special day is Zhou Chun. On the fourth day of every New Year I write his name in red ink on red paper and affix that above my oven. He's a pretty swell dining companion and always brings the best hostess gifts. Just you wait and see.

Horned Animals

The horned animal may represent a male power figure in your life, or, if the horn is nonsensical, it may be a displacement of another person's power (or your perception of unearned power that is being wielded by another). The goal is to discern your feelings about the animal and whether you see any relationship between the animal and individuals in your waking life.
If the horned animal is a nonsense creation, such as a horned dog, it may indicate sexual tension in a relationship. Do you feel as though someone close to you has mixed motives for being in a relationship with you? Another scenario is feeling threatened by another's power to impale you.
You may sense this as being a sort of sexual-penetration anxiety, but the general indication of power and intimidation is more satisfactory.
