There is nothing about your physical awareness that connects you more to the Non-Physical aspect of your Being than that of your breathing.
Many assume that the process of breathing is only about your physical nature, but that is not the case. The process of breathing is much more than an essential function of your physical body. Indeed, it is the flowing of Spirit to you, and through you. That is the reason that when the focusing of Spirit through your physical body ceases, your breathing ceases, also.
Our meditation experience will induce a convergence of beneficial aspects for you, for as you relax into the natural rhythm of perfect breathing while hearing these spoken words, the Vibration of your physical being will gently surrender to the Vibrational frequency of your Source, and you will become one with your Source, inside the Vortex.
Through the hearing of our words in your relaxed state of allowing, you will allow the gentle tuning of your Vibrational frequency to match the frequency of your Source.
This will not be an exercise of effort or trying, but instead an exercise of releasing and allowing…gently allowing yourself to be who-you-really-are.

God images in dreams are very diverse. Often, it is not God as a direct visual image that you encounter, but something that is known to contain a projection of God's power and presence (religious icons, a bible); or it is simply a sensation that some high-powered entity is present. Many times, the object or presence will somehow illuminate us to a providential solution to a problem that is confronting us in the dream. Other times, the symbol may block progress as a warning. This may be especially true if we are being confronted with a choice that is luring us towards a taboo experience or relationship.

In these dreams, the content of the revelation should be of primary concern. The presence of God, even as a dream image, is not to be taken lightly. Many times, our waking egos prevent clear awareness of the full supernatural possibility of God. Yet, while sleeping, we may be more receptive to direct communication.

Discerning authentic spiritual content should be the concern of the dreamer. Does the Higher Power that appeared in your dream match up with your view of a Higher Power in waking life?

In military parlance, there are authentication codes for messages to insure that an impostor is not compromising official orders. You should probably employ this type of authentication process before accepting the possibility that you were, indeed, visited by your Supreme Being in a dream.

Checking the content of the revelation for consistency with the character, nature, and intentions of God should be thoroughly explored before acting on any dream revelation.

Did the image of God frighten or threaten you? Consider actions or thoughts in your life which may warrant such policing.

Was your dream guest trying to tell you something? Consider points of confusion in your life to determine if the dream was one of guidance.

An amulet is a lucky charm usually carried, but sometimes considered effective just to own. Since the earliest times, people have selected certain items to serve as amulets, including bones, teeth, coffin nails, petrified wood, whalebones, shells, rocks, stones, crystal, numerous gemstones, weathered clothespins, crab or lobster claws, rabbits' feet, hair, coins, medallions, various articles of clothing, and jewelry including cufflinks, pendants, brooches, rings, and so forth.

Usually, the object has been deemed a lucky charm by virtue of being from a special place, being connected with a particular event, or being the gift of a particular person. These are purely personal amulets. Anyone can choose what they want to serve as a personal amulet.

Some types of amulets have been adopted as more universal beliefs connected to wishing customs.

If you wish to have safe travel, you should wear a silver charm and rub it three times as the journey starts, while wishing for safe passage.

Any charm, jewelry, amulet, or other object that has given you good luck may be invested with special qualities. Frog charms are considered particularly fortuitous amulets for creativity or inspiration. Make a wish for either of these while stroking your frog charm; it is said that you must concentrate and believe.

This 'wish-on' probably has its origins in ancient Egypt, Greece, Turkey and Rome, where people looked on the frog as a symbol of creativity and inspiration.

If you have a turtle amulet, hold it tightly in your hand as you make a wish. Some say the wish may be for anything; others say it must be for good health or a long life.

The ancient Chinese believed that the turtle was a sign of longevity.

It Is Time to Remember and Focus

     "It is time to remember and focus upon what you do have in this reality.  A feeling of joy is in your energy.  Be sure to find it among all the perceived worries of a linear creation.

     Your soul created this life.  All of the opportunities are still thriving betwixt and between all of the linear challenges you face each day.

     We are sure most of you feel down trodden with the seemingly endless creation of drama.

     It is time to lift up and away from those moments.  Fortunately the linear is finite.  Therefore a conclusion to dismay is often available.

     Assess what you do have.  Whether it be family, talent, creative ability, intuitiveness, or healing.  Reach deep into yourself and find that positive energy.

     Oh yes.  It is still there.  You are merely distracted from your true intentions with the drama.

     Take some time with yourself.  Strive to remember who you are and focus on what is important.

     At the end of the day, it is love and connection.  The rest of it is just stuff.

     You have had a lot of stuff during all of your incarnate experiences.  What remains with you is your energy.

     Be thankful for that.

     Realize the linear is finite.  Your soul is infinite.

     The soul always rejoices with the connection and evolvement.

     Those should be your focus.
