     "An important part of physical existence is participating with one's own feelings or emotions.  A balance between thought and emotion is essential in the creative process.

     Emotions are a wild card to many.  One often feels that by even participating in a small part of their feelings they are opening themselves up to a whole world of uncertainty.  By far most have a better understanding of their thoughts than their feelings.

      It is important to investigate the emotions to see what the trigger is.  Often a reluctance to do so comes from a negative past experience, not necessarily from the current life.

     Physical participation offers great opportunity to evolve.  The whole package does include emotion.  Whenever possible extend yourself out of your comfort zone.  Explore the ranges of emotion within. It is actually a sign of great strength to boldly move into an emotional moment.  We realize that some cultures state otherwise, however, true advancement is only achieved through thought and emotion.

     Let yourself examine the probabilities.

     You can control how much in your own sense of comfortable timing.

     Without allowing your thoughts to mingle in your feelings, the process of evolution will take longer.
