Motivational Quote of the Day from Nightingale.com
"There is no such thing as a problem without a solution,
only problems for which we do not yet have enough information to know what the solution is. When you have enough information, it is easy to solve a problem."

"The 80/20 Principle, like the truth, can make you free. You can work less. At the same time, you can earn more and enjoy more.
The only price is that you need to do some serious 80/20 thinking."

Just like the wild beasts, you want your own autonomy. You want freedom. You want freedom from negative emotion. You want freedom from somebody telling you what to do. Whether you are consciously aware of it or not — what all of you want is a sense of Well-being --- Abraham

No one can deny you anything. Only you deny it through your vibrational contradiction. --- Abraham

It should only be talked about if the talking will make you feel better. It is of no value, ever, to activate and talk about something that doesn't feel good, because it reactivates it in your vibration; it makes it another point of your point of attraction so you're less clear. In other words, when you focus upon the problems of others, you diminish your ability to help them. People believe that you've got to focus upon the problem in order to find a solution. And we say, no solution ever comes forth - it's never inspired; you never recognize it, and you are never able to facilitate or achieve it - from your place of focusing on the problem. They are two entirely different vibrations. If you have someone who has many things going wrong and one thing going right, beat the drum of what's going right, and let that be your point of attraction. If you focus upon their problems, you achieve vibrational harmony with something other than the Source that gives you solution.

At the heart of every condition is a vibrational pattern—a rather minor tweaking of vibrational patterning (sort of like the hub of a wheel) can affect tremendously out there on the peripheral of this big wheel… A little bit of tweaking on the emotion can make big differences in the way the physical manifestation occurs. --- Abraham

When you are feeling the discomfort from seeing other people in a lackful or needy situation, and you decide to help them from your place of discomfort, no lasting value ever occurs, for two important reasons: first, you are not in alignment with the Energy of your Source, and so you have no real value to give; and second, your attention to their need only amplifies their need.Of course, it is a wonderful thing to help others, but you must do it from your position of strength and alignment, which means you must be in alignment with their success as you offer assistance, and not in alignment with their problem.
When your awareness of their situation makes you uncomfortable and you offer help to make them feel better and to make yourself feel better, you are not in the Vortex and you are not helping. When you feel an inspired eagerness to offer something because you want to participate in their happy, successful process, your attention to their success harmonizes with the point of view of your Source; and the infinite resources of the Universe are at your disposal. And that does help.

The Beasts Know ItIf you know that all is well, you know all you need to know. And if you know life is supposed to be fun, you know more than almost anybody else knows. And if you know that the way you feel is your indicator of how connected you are to Source, then you know that which only a handful of Deliberate Creators, respective to the total population, really know. The beasts all know it. Your animals know that all is well. Your animals live in the moment. They understand the power of their now. They expect the Universe to yield to them. They don't worry or fret or conjure or make laws or rules or try to regulate. They are Pure Positive Energy. Your beasts vibrate more on the Energy scale of contentment than of passion. Their desire was set forth from Nonphysical, and continues to be set forth by those, like you, who want Energy balance, who want sustenance. The difference between the beast and the human is that the beast is more general in its intent. The human is usually less blended, usually less allowing of the Energy to flow, but is more specific. And that is why the human is seen to be the Creator while the beast is more the balancer of Energy.

Daily Feng Shui Tip
Happy Valentine's Day! Cupid might have his quiver and arrows but we have magic mirrors that those arrows don't stand a chance against. I am referring to a cure that is believed to bring an explosion of energy to light up the end of the tunnel of love. On any of the three nights of any month's full moon, leave a small hand-held mirror outside, reflective side facing up. It is said that the god of marriage who lives in the moon can then effectively 'charge' the mirror with all manner of essences and energies. Move the mirror inside at the end of the three days. Immediately cover it with silk or satin and make sure that no one else sees or handles it. Put it somewhere private and safe for the next twenty-seven days. At the end of that time frame, stare into your magic mirror and picture yourself in a wonderful and committed relationship. Holding the mirror in front of you, continue visualizing and pouring those intentions into the looking glass. If you have a specific someone w hose attention you'd like to capture, carry the mirror with you and then orchestrate being in their presence. When they're not looking, capturing their essence by flashing the mirror in their direction, and then put it back in its case. The next step is to put the mirror back where you had it positioned for safe keeping. You've now elicited the energies of the Universe to help bring a happily ever after of your very own. But it won't even take nearly that long for you to see rewarding relationship results!
Daily Dream Decoder
Sphinx
The Sphinx is an ancient Egyptian statue with the body of a lion and the head of a man. Throughout the ages it has been known as a bearer of power and mystery.
Dreams concerning the sphinx are mystery/wisdom dreams. These types of dreams may occur when there is an impasse in your waking life. Note the concurrent images in your dream and consider their relation to a difficult decision that has to be made in your life.
"Dark Rooms, Rooms without Exits"
The room without exit may be a womb image. As such it represents either mother-nurture or mother-power conflicts as you discern whether you are satisfied and safe to be in the room, or unreasonably restrained from your other objectives for the moment. Do you want to get out of the room, or is the room a haven against potential dangers in the world?
Is the room pleasant or painful as a space in its own right? These are central issues to identify.
Does the darkness of the room inspire peace and rest or fear and disorientation? Peace and rest may indicate sanctuary or maternal reassurance. Fear and disorientation may show mother-power or personal loss in an archetypal shift of awareness or threaten shift in roles.
White Hair
White-haired characters are archetypal figures of wisdom in most cases. This includes most major theorists' and cultural imagery. It is one of the few dream symbols that seems universal.
A 42-year-old woman reports dreaming: Three old women enter my room to tell me Methuselah (a legendary, 969-year-old man of great wisdom) is coming to see me. I am interested, but fall asleep. They wake me later and scold me, telling me I missed him. I am crushed, because I've always been fascinated with Methuselah.
In this dream, the old women have particular knowledge about an ancient, wise figure that they offer to share. However, the dreamer does not fulfill her obligation to the knowledge that was offered to her, and so it went unreceived. She felt responsible for missing the chance to gain wisdom by giving in to laziness.
Hero
Because our dreams are our own creation, it is very common for a dreamer to experience the role of hero within a dream. Usually this is a sign that the person is very confident in life in general, or in a specific aspect of their life which is addressed in the dream. The fact that you are the hero in a dream may arise soon after you have accomplished something. It is even better to have such a dream just before taking on a challenge of some sort in your waking life.
The fact that you may find yourself enhanced with incredible skills or superhuman powers is noteworthy.
What special skills did you have in the dream?
Were there any recognizable people in the dream? If so, their presence may indicate the area to which you should attribute the dream's implied meaning-business, home, or leisure pursuit.
Ritual Behavior
When dreaming, you may feel a need to repeat particular actions or behave in an unusual way at times. This is often ritual behavior. In your dream, the behavior is often necessary to avoid or undo some evil act that may occur.
This is a reflection of the work of superstition in your life. If you are by nature superstitious, you may be getting a challenge from your subconscious to let go of a particular compulsion. Or, your superstitions may be receiving validation from your unconscious mind.
In your dream, is the ritual empowering?
As you compare the ritual with your waking behavior, is it comforting or troubling that you participated in it during your dream story?
Death
Death can appear in dreams in many forms ranging from the near-death experience to wish-fulfillment projected on others. It may seem to be terrifying, or almost joyful in its sense of power.
The near-death experience can be either a psychological phenomenon or a physical one. The physical phenomenon comes from lucid dreaming in a nightmare condition. You may become aware of the body paralysis of the REM state and feel powerless to defend yourself in the dream. This can create an overwhelming sense of vulnerability to the threatening circumstances of the dream and a near-death experience.
The psychological facet is part and parcel of feeling endangered by your circumstances. This danger may be tangible or merely sensed in the dream. If it is tangible, the source of the danger is the area for interpretive work (whom, why, how, and what has endangered your life?). If the danger is merely sensed, it may symbolize ambivalence concerning a soul's transition into facets of self-awareness you may not want to completely embrace.
There is also a spiritual near-death experience. People who participate in actively seeking out-of-body experiences in dreaming may feel themselves unable to, or prevented from, returning to the body. These dreams are powerful images of how we sense the cosmos or spiritual realities impacting upon our lives.
Was the death a sudden deprivation of life or a release from the struggles of it? Moreover, as you became aware of dying, was it threatening or peaceable?
Death of self, loved one, or stranger. Dying in a dream is not too unusual, though if it happened with regularity our waking lives would probably begin to feel a little unstable. Often, derealization (see movies) accompanies death so your dream can continue with your observation. Otherwise, death is the wake-up point.
To die yourself is very troubling. Most people have not invested much emotional energy in preparation for death and feel that death is a strong enemy to be avoided. Being confronted with death is a place that is uncomfortable. By the way, how did you die in your dream and do you assign responsibility to anyone for your death? These are important questions.
The death of a loved one may be the result of numerous factors. You may feel genuine anxiety for that person's well-being. The death may be more symbolic than that as you struggle with the reality of your love for that person as weighed against repressed anger towards them. Finally, it may herald the passing of the relationship if the loved one is romantic and not familial in connection.
The death of a stranger can be the development or transition of different aspects of the self. Consequently, it is often useful to decide how you knew the stranger and whether you seemed deeply moved or only casually concerned with the death. It may be that the randomness of life in the central concern. In this case, looking at who else in the dream is concerned with the stranger's death and your connection to the fellow mourners is important. The death of a stranger may symbolize stereotypes that need to be rethought or explored as a means to a greater self-understanding. Are you being confronted with situations where your attitudes about others are being challenged?
Daily Wish
If a broom accidentally falls over, step on it and make a wish before picking it up.
If you see a double mushroom or toadstool, stamp on it three times and rub it into the ground with your shoe as you make your wish.
If you see a ring of mushrooms or toadstools (this is called a 'fairy ring'), stand in the center with your eyes shut and say out loud:
'Fairy ring, fairy ring, fairy ring,
Make my wish come true.'
Then make your wish silently before opening your eyes. If a friend is with you, the friend should stand outside the circle while you are wishing and your eyes are still shut and say:
Make my wish come true.'
Then make your wish silently before opening your eyes. If a friend is with you, the friend should stand outside the circle while you are wishing and your eyes are still shut and say:
'Wishes come true In a fairy ring.'
This will make the wish more powerful. You and your friend can take turns helping to complete the chants for each other.
If a rabbit crosses your path, take three steps backward and turn away to make a wish. If you look back at the rabbit, your wish won't come true.
If you see a kangaroo hop, quickly make a wish.
If you see a kangaroo with a baby kangaroo in its pouch, make a wish.
A cricket in the house, particularly on the hearth, brings good luck; make a wish on it. If the cricket chirps, your wish will come true.
New Messages From INNER WHISPERS
The Creator of Your Life Plan
"In each life there is a plan that all wish to complete. It may be a carry over from another lifetime or a new endeavor. Each soul has a direction it feels is important to its evolution. Upon entering physical reality, the element of free will enters into the mix.
It would be easier we suppose to just follow the plan and be finished with it. The truth though, is that there is free will and each energy makes decisions that sometimes derail the soul from your life intentions.
This does not mean that all is lost if one should abdicate or alter their plans.
Choice is a gift that if used with clarity can be empowering. By making choices the individual can participates in all avenues of their experience. By changing course, one simply chooses to go about their evolution in a different manner.
The importance of being clear in this regard is taking responsibility for what your input is in any situation.
Decide to be the creator of your life plan regardless of where your choices lead you.
Redirect any negative energy incurred when you or someone else makes a choice to do things differently.
In the big picture, having free will is an advanced feature. Life was not meant to be a map of following all the predetermined directions.
It was intended for you to think clearly for yourself and make choices based upon your intellect and emotions. While in motion.
Do that.
Give yourself and others permission to go about the evolution of soulful energy."
Encouragement
"The days blend into a stream of monotony for those souls struggling to evolve.
Patterns repeat themselves causing the more advanced to cry in frustration while the younger energies become confused.
A sense of isolation created by the physical environment can lead to dismal perspective.
If you find yourself at the end of your tether remember this......
Your spiritual perspective can ease you through the difficult times. When encountering difficulties your soul may ease the loneliness and give you clarity.
You are never alone.
Your guides are ever present to comfort you.
Know that they are there, and that your soul embraces the attention they give. The difficulty arises when the physical experience blocks the spiritual one.
Know that there is always a probable moment that will relieve the tension your are feeling.
Reach out to it..... let the soul guide you to a redeeming moment in the now.
You can do it.
Spirit is reaching towards you.
All that is needed is for you to extend yourself to it.
Go ahead.
It is possible."
