Daily Message 1.27.11

Motivational Quote of the Day from Nightingale.com
"Losers live in the past.
Winners learn from the past and enjoy
working in the present toward the future."
— Denis Waitley: is an American motivational speaker and writer

Abraham-Hicks Publications
Physical man gets into an uncomfortable place when he concludes, "I and those like me have come to the right decisions, and everybody that's living outside of these right decisions is wrong." And then he spends his life pushing against all those "wrong" decisions and cutting himself off from the Life Force that would help him have joy in his, what he concludes to be, right decisions. There is no one right path. There are endless paths, and the differences in the paths are what make them more and more, and more, perfect. The same old path no longer serves.

Daily Feng Shui Tip

The English poet Alfred Lord Tennyson, when referring to the New Year, once wrote: 'Ring out the old, ring in the new, ring happy bells, across the snow; The year is going, let him go; Ring out the false, ring in the true.' As we come to the end of this first month of the New Year, let's ring out all the old energies stuck around your space so wonderful new opportunities can come calling. Ring any brass or metal bell a total of nine times in each corner of the main floor of your house. Ring it three times while holding it above your head, three times in front of your heart and three times after lowering the bell to your side. Walk your main floor in a clockwise direction, starting and ending at the main entryway, and ring the bell in every nook and cranny to cleanse anew, and to 'ring out the false, ring in the true.'

Politicians

In the media age, dreaming of things political is becoming more frequent. Since we are often exposed to the intimate details of public figures' lives, we feel we know them, even if we only know about them.
Consequently, we work these figures into our dream lives when events in our lives seem to empathize with what we know of public figures.
Often, politicians, like celebrities, pop into our dreams for no reason other than the fact that we are bombarded with images of them on a daily basis. What may be important, though, is your waking-life perceptions of the politician who appears in your dream.

Daily Wish
If an opossum (or possum) crosses in front of you, make a wish, saying it three times. If the opossum continues on its way, your wish probably won't come true, but if the opossum changes direction, it is going to make your wish come true.
