Motivational Quote of the Day from Nightingale.com
"Discipline is the bridge between
goals and accomplishment."

Most people have a hard time delegating, or even wanting to delegate, because you have been justifying your existence through your hard work, and you equate success with struggle; you equate results with struggle. And so, you sort of wear your struggle like a badge of honor. And all of that is opposite of allowing the Well-being. The only thing that ever matters in success or achievement is your achieving the things that you want to achieve. So if you are setting standards and you're feeling uncomfortable about the standards that you've set, tweak the standards back a little bit. Ratchet it back a notch. Give yourself a break. Give yourself the benefit of the doubt. Lighten up. Be easier. Go slower. Take it easy. Have more fun. Love yourself more. Laugh more. Appreciate more. All is well. You can't get it wrong. You never get it done.

Daily Feng Shui Tip from Astrology.com

Mirrors are considered the 'aspirin' of Feng Shui since they can 'cure' a laundry list of whatever ails you. So I'm delighted to participate in 'Compliment Your Mirror Day.' In fact, few Feng Shui activators promise as much energetic movement as does the mirror. So here are some mirror 'do's' to help you reflect on how important these decorating resources can be. Do reflect your dining area, as this is believed to 'double' the abundance in a room known to be associated with profusion. In fact, Feng Shui believes the dining room to be the perfect location for mirrors because that room represents the family's wealth. Do reflect beautiful views as well. If any of your rooms have a view of trees, water or a beautiful garden, 'double' that energy while bringing all that beauty inside the house. Of course, one of the oldest interior decoration tips shares that using mirrors can actually open up a space, especially if that space is a long hallway or a small room. Leaning a mirror up against a wall can visually open up the room, while hanging one in a long hallway will slow down 'whooshing' Chi and open that space up as well. So today, whenever you pass any mirrors in your living space, take a long look in it and tell yourself how wonderful you are before telling your mirror the exact same thing. They enjoy the compliment as much as you do!

Daily Dream Decoder from Astrology.com

Aloneness

There is a pronounced difference between being alone and being abandoned. Being alone can be an intentional choice by the dreamer. This usually means finding a time for personal reflection and inner growth. The waking equivalent is the cocooning phenomenon. People are staying home more-regrouping and rebuilding their inner strength.
Aloneness may herald transition or rites of passage. When we move from childhood to adulthood, there are habits, attitudes, and relationships that are left behind. This void can create an image of aloneness. Dreams like this often present themselves as the dreamer traveling somewhere alone. Who is separating from you, and why, in waking life? Is this mutual, at your initiative, or another's wishes against your will?
