First Steps Towards The Relationship
With Yourself
"In the quest to create more harmonious relationships with others, it is important to also consider how you interact with your own energy.
Often as one moves through the linear, a sense of self deprecation emerges. This is where the ability to interact with the self in a positive manner takes over the true intention.
All who participate in the physical world depend upon relationships to assist them in their progress towards evolution. The one with yourself should be included in that endeavor.
1) Begin by becoming aware of how well you treat yourself. A feeling of appreciation for what your abilities are should be at the top of the list. If you are disconnected in any way from those abilities, take steps to reunite yourself with them.
Clear your thoughts of the daily drama. Feel your energy as you become one again with your inner core.
2) Decide to take a moment each day to reflect upon your impact upon others. Are you giving 100% or are you not letting your full potential shine through? Or, are you leaving yourself out of the line up of those who do receive your energy?
3) Have internal conversations where you, as the fragment who is having the experience, aligns with the soul's intention. These interactions with soul are crucial, for as we have said before, "Your soul will never let you down".
By beginning a dialogue with the self, you begin to create value and appreciation for the reason you are here.
These are first steps, however, they are important ones."
